Mike built the pre-sales team across two regions at Hyland from 2 people to more than 25. He went on to create a full partner enablement programme before moving into the design of a tool to address UX with OnBase - the tool which has developed to become rapidECM from ionetiq

Mike was deputy leader of the EMEA organisation, effectively acting as a regional COO.

Mike developed, and lead the pre-sales practive to help establish a European presence for this Kansas City based ECM company

Mike lead the relationship with all ISV partners including IBM & Oracle including recruitment, and development of joint go-to-market strategies. Most partners were focused on creating tools on the SuSE Linux platform.

Deliberately in a role for and end user to learn things from their perspective to add to his skills working within software companies. Mike lead a team that designed a major new billing tool that saved the company over $4m every single night.
